Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Sales Executive with a strong background in Orthopaedic sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting orthopaedic and rehabilitation soft goods, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
D.Pharm / B.Pharm / Science Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Orthopaedic / Medical Device / Healthcare Sales
Prior experience in orthopaedic or rehabilitation products is mandatory
Mandatory Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Orthopaedic & Rehabilitation Soft Goods to:
Doctors
Hospitals
Pharmacies
Distributors
Conduct regular field visits and product detailing to healthcare professionals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Ensure product availability, visibility, and correct placement at retail and hospital outlets
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback
Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and expense statements on time
Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth order processing and stock management
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and training programs
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of orthopaedic products and market dynamics
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office / reporting tools
