Medical Representative Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
2. Meeting doctors regularly and periodically to promote company product and getting product trial and feedback within provided stipulated time.
3. To remind the doctors of your brand so that the doctor can generate prescriptions.
4. Building and maintaining good business relationships with doctors to encourage repeat purchases.
5. Follow up on leads generated.
6. Educating healthcare specialists about the proper usage, dosage and potential side effects of nutraceutical products.
7. To achieve coverage and frequency of targeted customers as defined by the company
8. Develop and manage an assigned territory with the goals of maximizing sales.
9. Meet minimum 6 target call goals daily with a focus on top customers.
10. Achieve quarterly and annually sales goals along with payment clearance from doctors.
11. Record Keeping and reporting daily on CRM software provided by the company.
12. Keep your mobile phone active during working hours with battery backup.
