Key Responsibilities

• Promote the hospital's medical services, specialties, health packages, and wellness programs to healthcare professionals, corporate organizations, and the community.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare partners.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and hospital revenue.

• Coordinate and conduct hospital visits, client meetings, and promotional presentations.

• Organize health camps, awareness programs, medical seminars, and community outreach initiatives.

• Collaborate with consultants and department heads to promote specialized medical services.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.

• Maintain a database of referral sources, corporate clients, and marketing activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports and present performance updates to management.

• Coordinate with the admissions, front office, and patient relations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Represent the hospital at healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and the hospital's ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• MBA in Marketing or Hospital Management is preferred.

• 1–5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospital marketing is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of hospital services and healthcare marketing practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Experience
