Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote Personal Loan products.

• Identify prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, and convert qualified leads into business.

• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets within defined timelines.

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversions.

• Maintain and manage an effective sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and lead closure.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance, motivation, and support to achieve business targets.

• Track daily sales activities, lead status, conversions, and target achievement.

• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and timely assistance.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for smooth processing and closure of loan applications.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and applicable guidelines.
