We are seeking an ambitious and charismatic Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate Finance division in Mumbai and Pune. This is a high-impact, front-facing role where you will serve as the primary representative of SASP Advisors. You will be at the forefront of large-scale financial deal-making, engaging directly with key decision-makers and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Client Identification & Outreach: Actively research and identify high-potential developers and corporate clients requiring specialized financial services, and lead the initial outreach to engage them, serving as the primary engine for firm growth.

2. High-Stakes Pitching: Lead formal presentations and pitches to real estate developers and corporate boards to evaluate and address their capital structures.

3. Elite Networking: Build and maintain a sophisticated network of industry stakeholders, attending key meetings and events to represent the brand to drive business growth.

4. Consultative Advisory: Leverage a strong understanding of financial products like Project Funding and LRD to confidently propose capital solutions in high-pressure environments.

5. Stakeholder Management: Manage end-to-end relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring the firm's reputation for excellence is upheld in every interaction.

Candidate Profile

1. Commanding Presence: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the professional confidence to build trust with senior management and HNW individuals.

2. Persuasive Communicator: A natural ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a sophisticated audience.

3. Business Development Drive: A strong focus on the psychology of sales, lead generation, and the art of deal-closing.

4. Academic Foundation: A degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business (BBA Finance preferred for those with a strong interest in high-level Marketing and Business Development).

5. Financial Literacy: A working knowledge of banking products and lending cycles to facilitate smooth, credible conversations with clients.
