Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact real-time leads by making outbound calls to customers who have already shown interest by applying for a personal loan.
2. Clearly communicate loan features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to help customers understand the offering.
3. Identify potential customers, nurture their interest, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads effectively.
4. Persuade eligible customers to continue with the loan process and gather the necessary documents from them.
5. Cross-check customer information and validate all documents for accuracy and completeness.
6. Work closely with the backend/processing team by submitting verified documents and ensuring smooth application flow.
7. Keep track of daily calls, update lead progress, and maintain proper follow-up records in the system.
8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless and positive loan-processing experience.
