Role Overview
As a Loan Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for
various loan products, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan
processing. You will act as a financial advisor, understanding the needs of each client and offering the most suitable loan solution.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loans, business loans, home
loans, and loan against property.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular
follow-ups and quality service.
Understand customer financial needs and provide the best loan options accordingly.
Assist customers through the entire loan lifecycle: from application to disbursal.
Collect and verify documentation as per the credit policy.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) for smooth processing. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and compliance norms.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
2–3 years of experience in loan sales/relationship management preferred
Knowledge of loan regulations and RBI guidelines is a plus
