Job description
Key Responsibilities
Source new customers through open market activities, field sales, references, and channel partners.
Promote affordable home loan products to eligible customers.
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Meet customers to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and referral partners to generate business.
Conduct customer visits and field verification when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in Home Loans, Affordable Housing Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Banking Sales are welcome.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of affordable home loan products and the loan process.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Affordable Home Loans, Home Loan Sales, Housing Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Experience in field sales and open market sourcing will be an added advantage.
