Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sourcing:

Source new customers for gold loan business through walk-ins, referrals, and local market activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and portfolio targets.

Loan Appraisal & Processing:

Evaluate gold ornaments for purity, weight, and value using proper tools and methods.

Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and system entry for loan processing.

Disburse loans in line with organizational policies and RBI regulations.

Customer Service:

Provide clear communication on interest rates, repayment schedules, and terms & conditions.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and renewals in a professional and timely manner.

Build long-term relationships to increase retention and repeat business.

Operations & Compliance:

Maintain strong vigil on pledged gold assets and vault management.

Ensure timely interest collection, repayment follow-up, and loan recovery.

Adhere strictly to audit guidelines, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Collections & Recovery:

Monitor overdue accounts and follow up for timely payment.

Coordinate with collection team for default cases and auction procedures, if required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of gold valuation and purity testing.

Sales & customer acquisition skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and adherence to compliance.
