Acquire new customers for Home Loan, Personal Loan & Business Loan and through direct sales, channel partners, and references.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
Generate leads through cold calls, open market activities, builders, real estate agents, and financial consultants.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and builders to ensure business growth.
Conduct preliminary eligibility checks, document collection, and basic credit assessment before submission to the credit team.
