Key Responsibilities & Duties
Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers through open market, builders, brokers, and real estate agents to build a strong sales pipeline.
Loan Process Management: Explain loan options, assist in filling applications, collect required documentation, and manage the process from sourcing to disbursement.
Relationship Management: Build relationships with builders, contractors, and CA firms for prospective leads.
Site Visits: Conduct field visits to meet customers and inspect project sites for verification.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for home loans, loans against property (LAP), and other financial products.
Sales Kit Management: Maintain organized sales kits and update client information in the company’s CRM system.
