Job Summary ● Position: Loan / Nano Loan Sales ● Job Type: Field Sales ● Loan Amount: ₹1 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh ● Target customers: Small business owners, shopkeepers, retailers, restaurants, salons, grocery stores, etc. ● Working area: Within 25 KM radius of the assigned/top branch. Key Responsibilities ● Visit small businesses and shops to generate Business Loan leads. ● Identify potential customers and explain loan products. ● Collect customer information and required documents. ● Process and login eligible loan applications. ● Follow up with customers until loan disbursement. ● Maintain regular contact with existing and new leads. ● Achieve assigned monthly business/disbursement targets. ● Cover the assigned market and business areas within the 25 KM radius. ● Maintain proper customer and lead records. ● Coordinate with the branch/team for smooth loan processing. Qualification ● Minimum 12th Pass ● Graduate candidates will also be considered. ● Good communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
