Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Sourcing business through open markets, developer relationships, and referrals to meet monthly targets.
Client Management: Meeting customers, understanding their needs, and advising on suitable home loan products.
Documentation & Processing: Collecting KYC documents, verifying documents, ensuring accurate application filling, and guiding customers through the sanction process.
Channel Management: Developing relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
Disbursement & Closing: Coordinating with internal teams for timely loan disbursement and resolving customer queries.
Cross-selling: Promoting related financial products such as insurance or fixed deposits.
