The Loan Servicing Manager (LSM) is responsible for managing and coordinating the entire loan servicing process from customer onboarding through disbursement. The LSM supports case transitions, documentation processes, credit and sales teams, and transparent stakeholder communication.
Case Transition Management:
Act as the primary liaison between Builder’s CRM team and CreditSutra’s credit team, facilitating the seamless transfer of home loan cases for timely and efficient disbursement.
Documentation & Assessment:
Gather and assess initial requirements for each case, collect primary documents from clients, and collaborate with CreditSutra’s operations team to ensure completion and accuracy in documentation. Partner with the credit team to meet agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursals.
Credit Team Coordination:
Ensure timely lender site visits by coordinating with the CreditSutra’s credit team, prioritizing cases to meet deadlines and expedite disbursements as required.
Sales Team Support & Training:
Update the sales team on special loan offers facilitated by CreditSutra and organize regular training sessions to ensure accurate and effective customer communication.
Builder Payout Dashboard Management:
Manage and maintain the builder payout dashboard, ensuring daily updates are shared with all stakeholders via email to provide clear visibility on progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in loan servicing, credit operations, or a similar role within financial services.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work under strict timelines.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
