Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2B Field Sales)
Job Type: Full-time | Field Work (No daily office attendance)
Location: Openings across multiple cities in India (work in your local area)
Visit 10–15 retail shops daily (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)
Pitch ShinePoints Reward Points Software to shop owners (free trial for 1 month, then ₹999/year).
Onboard shops instantly using mobile/tablet.
Hire and manage channel partners to grow sales.
Achieve a monthly target of 60+ store tie-ups (incentives for overachievement).
Build long-term relationships with retailers and partners.
Report daily progress to the manager (remote reporting).
Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred).
Freshers welcome (training provided).
Strong communication skills in the local language and basic English.
Skills: Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Retail Partnerships, Negotiation, Target Orientation, Basic Mobile App Handling.
Graduate: ₹31,000/month (approx. take-home) + Incentives
Travel Allowance: ₹100/day (over and above salary)
Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment (above target)
