The Loan Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of loan products (such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, LAP, etc.) by leading a sales team, developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensuring achievement of sales targets as set by Andromeda Sales and Distribution Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of loan sales executives/telecallers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan products.

• Generate leads through cold calling, digital campaigns, referrals, and channel partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial institutions, and business partners.

• Conduct regular sales reviews, performance monitoring, and provide training to team members.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, documentation, and approvals.

• Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to expand loan sales.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing.

• Strong knowledge of retail loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, etc.)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
