� Role Overview: RM will lead Home Loan sales by sourcing leads, building strong relatonships with customers and channel partners (including builders, DSAs, real estate brokers, and connectors), and managing the entre loan process—from applicaton to disbursement.
� Key Responsibilities
• Business Development
o Sourcing business through open market through different channels. Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop
sales actives to achieve target.
o To execute the business objectives for the area in line with the Affordable Loans segment objectives of book
size, profitability, portfolio management.
o Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
o Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of home loan programs
o Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
o Meet clients, verify documents, process files for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.
o Ensure the achievement of given business target.
o Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activates for Sales.
• After Sales Responsibility
o Conduct regular visits to existing customers
o Remind customers of upcoming EMI due dates
o Follow up with delinquent customers and assist in EMI collection
