Job Description of Sales Executive :                                                                                                                                  

Sales & Promotion :

• Identify and target potential small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for MSME loan offerings.

• Promote MSME loan products to business owners and entrepreneurs.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions based on their business needs.

Customer Interaction :

• Meet with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing needs.

• Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options of MSME loans to clients.

•    Assist customers in completing loan applications and the necessary documentation for loan approval.

Target Achievement :

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.

• Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.               

Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure all loan applications, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.

 Market Research :

• Stay updated on trends in the MSME sector, and Provide feedback to management on market conditions 

MANDATORY HAVING EXPERIENCE ON ANY LOAN PROCESSING OR INSURANCE PROCESSING.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education: Graduate

Experience: Previous experience in sales for 6 month to 6 years, especially in MSME loans, commercial banking, or financial products.

Experience in working with SMEs and understanding their financing requirements is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze customer financials and recommend appropriate loan products.

• Understanding of MSME business challenges and financial needs.                                                                                                  

Salary Package - 20k to 25k (based on interview and previous employment package) + incentive
