Job Title: Loan Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating new customers and selling loan products such as overdraft and personal loan . The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets through lead generation, customer interaction, and coordination with the operations team for loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers for loan products.
Generate leads through tele-calling.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursement targets.
Collect required documents from customers and ensure proper loan application submission.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.
Build strong relationships with customers
Sales Targets (Example)
Monthly Loan Disbursement Target: ₹25 Lakh
Monthly Loan Cases: 8 – 12 loan files
Daily Lead Generation: 5 new leads
Customer Meetings: Minimum 3 – 5 per day
Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills
Sales and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of loan products (overdraft and personal loan )
Customer relationship management
Ability to work under sales targets
Qualification
Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience
6month – 2 years experience in sales, overdraft and personal loan sales
Salary Structure
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
