Job Description:
1. Generate leads from the open market and through different channels.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s
3. Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the given target.
4. Coordination between sales and delivery teams.
5. Reviewing business requirements.
6. Doing an assessment of customer needs.
7. Ensure the achievement of the given business target.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit prospective and existing customers within the assigned territory to promote and sell company
products/services.
Generate new leads through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and product demonstrations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information to support strategy development.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and
delivery.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
