Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow key accounts in the HoReCa segment across assigned City/ region.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (chefs, purchase managers, F&B heads, etc.).
• Develop account plans and strategies to meet sales targets and drive growth.
• Understand customer needs and market trends to offer relevant product solutions.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth service.
• Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and renewals with key clients.
• Track account performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reporting.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and new HoReCa clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide input for strategy refinement.
Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Hospitality, Food Tech, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in key account management or sales in HoReCa/FMCG/Food Service industry.
• Strong knowledge of HoReCa procurement processes and decision-making cycles.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
