About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive – IT Products who is passionate about sales and enjoys interacting with customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, demonstrating IT products/services, following up with prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential corporate clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products/services.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

• Meet clients and understand their business and technical requirements.

• Maintain sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

• Keep updated with IT products, services, market trends, and competitors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT Product Sales / IT Services Sales.

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking.

• Understanding of IT Services & Support.

• Exposure to Software Installation / ERP Software Installation / ERP Support will be an advantage.

• Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
