Job Responsibilities:
HUNTING
o Find NEW segments / Customers for our products and services
o Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
o Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
o Identify new dealers / geographies
o Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer
sales.
FARMING
o Services existing accounts, obtains orders
TECH SUPPORT
o Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing
solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to
management.
o Printer Head Change and software update
o Basics of Networking
OTHERS
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as
daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

o Areas - Either Barcode or paper industry or selling to Healthcare / Food
Processing / MSME / Warehouse operations etc
o BA/BE University degree / ITI Diploma
o Target – 10-15 Lakhs per Month
o Salary – CTC 25K – 28K Per Month
