Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Educational Institutions:
Identify and connect with colleges within and around the base location, building relationships with Deans, HODs, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to showcase the value NIIT’s programs bring to their students.
Organize Student Engagement Activities:
Plan and execute career-oriented sessions, events, and webinars to introduce students to NIIT’s new-age digital and IT career programs.
Career Counselling:
Guide and counsel potential learners—primarily final-year students and unemployed graduates—on career pathways and how NIIT’s programs can accelerate their professional journey.
Promote Online Learning Solutions:
Highlight the advantages and success of NIIT’s digital learning model through effective communication and consultative selling.
Sales Ownership:
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to closing sales and post-enrollment relationship management.
Database & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and sales activities on the CRM platform.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or EdTech sales (preferably IT/Digital course selling).
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups and pipeline management.
Strong listening and counselling abilities, with empathy and patience to understand learner needs.
Willingness to travel locally for institutional engagement and events.
A positive attitude towards learning, growth, and earning performance-based incentives.
