Position: Health Insurance Agent

Role Overview:
As an agent, you will represent Star Health Insurance in assisting customers with selecting suitable health insurance policies. You will be responsible for building relationships, guiding customers through policy options, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Star Health Insurance products.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate health insurance plans.
Provide after-sales service and support for policyholders.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely renewals.
Achieve sales and business targets set by the company.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales and customer service.
Ability to work independently with self-motivation.
IRDAI license (training & support will be provided if not already licensed).
