Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive (Motor & Health Insurance)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for motor and health insurance products.

• Meet individual sales targets and business objectives.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and coverage details to customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with individual clients, vehicle owners, dealerships, and business partners.

• Follow up on policy renewals and cross-sell additional insurance products.

• Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance processes.

• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, or field sales.

• Knowledge of motor insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Preferred Background

• Experience with motor insurance renewals, health insurance sales, agency management, or bancassurance.

• Existing network among vehicle owners, dealers, agents, or local businesses is an advantage.
