We are looking for a Insurance Sales to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹33,000 and prospects of growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct field sales visits to promote insurance products and services, meeting targets set by the company.
Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
Job Requirements:
2–8 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field sales role.
Strong understanding of various types of insurance policies (e.g., life, health, property) and their applications.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
