Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join
our team. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, offer suitable insurance
solutions, and help clients protect what maers most. This role involves building long-term
relationships, generang leads, and achieving sales goals through excellent communication
and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (health Insurance
Sales).
• Present and explain insurance policy options to potential customers.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
• Process policy applications, renewals, modifications, and claims when necessary.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, underwriting policies, and industry
regulations.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and renew policies.
• Utilize CRM soware or lead management tools to track interactions and sales progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generaon strategies.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation’ degree preferred ).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM Compensation
• Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
