Job Summary:
We're seeking a results-driven Assistant Direct Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for converting the new leads provided or generated into sales and achieving the given targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales:
- Generate new leads through referrals and self-sourcing
- Convert the provided or generated new leads into sales to achieve the given targets
- Plan field activities to broaden the lead funnel
Sales Process Adherence:
- Maintain accurate lead and sales trackers
- Use digital tools to streamline sales processes
Customer Experience:
- Build product awareness and understanding
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure regular follow-ups to build strong customer relationships
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum bachelor's degree
Local candidate with a strong social network
Willingness to work in field sales and travel
CTC:
Up to ₹4.00 LPA
