Insurance Sales position is open at Zplus Cover Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd in ENTIRE GHAZIABAD. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 and prospects of growth.

Salary : -

Rs 25000 + Rs 3000 Petrol + Rs 2000 Life Insurance = Rs 30000

Extra Incentives if employee do other work, like

1.           Demat Account opening Rs 300 per account.

2.           Life Insurance (depend on monthly scheme).

3.           Health Insurance (depend on monthly scheme).

4.           Bike/Car Insurance (depend on monthly scheme).

Key Responsibilities:

Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.

Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with ABOVE 10th PASS and 0 - 2 years of experience in the field sales can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Candidates should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.

TARGET:

Minimum Rs. 2.0 Lacs PREMIUM excluding GST in Motor Commercial Insurance.
