Job Title: Insurance Adviser
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Adviser to help clients choose the right insurance solutions based on their needs. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, explain insurance products clearly, generate new business, and provide excellent after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers.
Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and field visits.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Assist clients with policy renewals and claims support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance products.
Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Self-motivated with a customer-oriented approach.
