Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Relationship Manager for Home Loan / LAP Sales through DSA & Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through DSA, connectors and channel partners.

• Source and acquire customers for Home Loan & LAP products.

• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to login and disbursement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and DSA partners.

• Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up of cases.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.

• Experience in DSA / Channel Sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to work in field sales.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
