Job Description: Affordable Mortgage Executive (HL / LAP)
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP)
Freshers not eligible
Job Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
Source and generate business for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products
Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and processes to clients
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
Ensure timely login, documentation, and disbursement of loan files
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners
Achieve assigned monthly targets and business goals
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HL / LAP sales or processing
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of affordable housing finance products and loan processes
Target-oriented and self-driven approach
Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
