Job Summary:
Lead and manage CRO team
Ensure smooth field operations
Build strong client relationships and support business growth
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
Supervise, guide, and support CRO team
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback
Field Operations
Monitor daily field visits
Ensure proper area coverage (within 40 km)
Conduct joint visits when required
Customer Handling
Maintain strong client relationships
Resolve customer issues and escalations
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Reporting & Coordination
Review daily reports on company app
Conduct daily team meetings (Google Meet)
Coordinate with internal teams
Compliance & Collections
Ensure timely collection deposits
Maintain transparency and discipline
Follow company policies
Training & Development
Train and support team members
Improve team productivity through coaching
