nd Responsibilities: ❖ Managing the overall running of the sales team size of 10 Sales Executives. ❖ Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and solidify its presence in your geography market. ❖ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses. ❖ Establishing productive and professional relationships with customers and key personnel in assigned customer accounts. ❖ Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new operators by partnering with them. ❖ Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics.
