Retail & New Outlet Visits:
1. Conduct a minimum of 40 visits per day, including regular and new retail outlet
visits in the assigned territory.
Order Generation & Sales Target Achievement:
1. Generate product orders daily based on the assigned product segment from
retail counters in the allocated area.
2. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company
expectations.
Distributor Coordination:
1. Effectively coordinate with distributors for order placement, fulfillment, and timely
stock replenishment.
2. Ensure smooth execution of primary and secondary sales through distributor
networks.
New Outlet Onboarding & Market Expansion:
1. Identify and onboard new retail outlets daily to expand the market presence.
2. Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Sales Reporting & Meetings:
1. Attend mandatory online sales meetings daily at 8:00 AM.
2. Conduct fieldwork from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, ensuring continuous market
coverage.
3. Submit real-time reports and updates through the designated applications as per
company guidelines.
