Radha Wines is a growing liquor distribution and wholesale business based in Mumbai/Thane/Raigad with a strong presence in the wines and spirits industry. The company focuses on expanding market reach, strengthening retailer relationships, and delivering quality service across key territories in Mumbai.

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Distributor Salesmen with experience in liquor/FMCG sales to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit wine shops, permit rooms, bars, restaurants, and retail outlets regularly within assigned territories.

• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets for liquor brands and products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.

• Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retail accounts.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with distributors and retailers.

• Execute sales strategies, promotions, and product placements effectively.

• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.

• Ensure visibility and availability of products across assigned markets.

• Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with management.

• Maintain accurate customer database and route plans.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 6+ years of experience in Liquor Sales / FMCG Sales / Beverage Industry.

• Experience working with wine shops, distributors, bars, permit rooms, or retail liquor networks preferred.

• Good knowledge of local market routes and retailer network.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.

• Basic computer and mobile application knowledge required.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with existing liquor market contacts will be given preference.

• Experience in IMFL, beer, wine, or spirits sales is highly preferred.

• Candidates from Upper Raigad,Raigad, Panvel, Badlapur, Ambernath, Ulhasnagar, Khopoli, Karjat, Wada, Palghar,Upper Western or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
