Job Role & Responsibilities

- Visit kirana/general retail stores regularly to take orders

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners

- Ensure availability and visibility of company products in the market

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Promote products and execute market strategies

- Collect market feedback and share insights with the team

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 12th Pass, Graduate preferred

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector (Mandatory)

Skills Required:

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build relationships with retailers

- Field sales experience

- Target oriented and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ■20,000 – ■30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
