Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven FMCG Sales & Collection Representative to manage sales pipelines and secure timely payments across our retail and distributor network. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving product availability, maximizing shelf visibility, and maintaining a healthy cash flow by ensuring zero bad debts and prompt payment collections within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and payment collection targets.

• Market Coverage: Execute daily route plans to visit retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets.

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong partnerships with accounts while strictly enforcing credit policies.

• Payment Collection: Collect outstanding cash, checks, and digital payments directly from clients upon delivery or due dates.

• Aging Analysis: Monitor customer ledger accounts and proactively follow up on overdue invoices.

• Merchandising: Ensure proper product placement, stock rotation, and planogram compliance on store shelves.

• Reporting: Submit accurate daily sales reports (DSR) and daily cash reconciliation logs.
