We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented professionals to strengthen our B2B sales team and expand our retail and distribution network. Job Summary As a B2B Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding Gyan Dairy's market presence by onboarding new retailers and distributors, increasing product availability, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. The role requires regular field visits, strong relationship management, and achievement of monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • Identify, approach, and onboard new retailers and distributors in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with retailers and distributors. Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives. Increase product availability and visibility across the assigned market. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order placement and product availability. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to the reporting manager. Eligibility Criteria • • • • • Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Prior experience in B2B Field Sales is mandatory. Experience in FMCG or Dairy sales will be preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets. Mandatory Requirements • Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) for field sales activities. 1Valid Driving License is mandatory. • • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Compensation & Benefits • • • • • • In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance). Travel Allowance: ₹150 per day. Provident Fund (PF).
