FMCG Field Sales Executive
Position: Field Sales Executive
Industry: FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
Location: Field / Market Visit Based
Reporting To: Sales Supervisor / Area Sales Manager
Conduct daily market visits in the assigned territory
Visit retailers and distributors to generate orders
Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability
Appoint and develop new retailers in the assigned area
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
Follow up on stock availability, pricing, and schemes
Submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in the field and meet targets
Basic knowledge of FMCG sales and retail markets
Strong customer handling skills
Ability to use Android mobile applications for reporting
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales
Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
Travel allowance (TA/DA)
