Job Description: FMCG Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
Location: Kasna
Experience: 2–3 Years (recommended)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Field Sales Executive to manage on-ground sales, build strong relationships with retailers/distributors, and achieve monthly sales targets in the Kasna region. The candidate must have strong communication skills, field experience, and knowledge of FMCG products and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to generate new business.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper placement at retail outlets.

• Handle order booking, stock updates, and follow-up with distributors for timely delivery.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and brand awareness campaigns.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/sales sheets.

• Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.

• Work closely with the sales manager and support team to optimize field operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be comfortable with intensive fieldwork.

• Good understanding of local market and customer behavior.

• Ability to meet sales targets under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Own two-wheeler preferred.
