🚨 URGENT REQUIREMENT – SALES ASSOCIATE
Position: Sales Associate
Industry: FMCG / Telecom
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,500 per month
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Age: 19–40 Years
Experience: FMCG or Telecom Sales Experience Preferred
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Visit a minimum of 50 retailer shops per day.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Generate and book orders from retailers.
- Achieve a minimum target of 10 retailer orders per day.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with shopkeepers/retailers.
- Promote company products and ensure product availability at retail outlets.
- Follow up with retailers and ensure regular business.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Age between 19 to 40 years.
- Experience in FMCG or Telecom sales will be preferred.
- Must have good connections with shopkeepers/retailers.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong field-sales orientation and target achievement ability.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,500 per month
- Daily Allowance (DA): ₹200 per day
- Travel Allowance: ₹4 per km
