Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Coordinate with the Dispatch, Accounts, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate daily reports of customer visits, sales activities, and lead status.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth.
