Healthymines Masala is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers while ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and wholesalers regularly.
* Generate new sales and maintain existing customer relationships.
* Appoint and manage distributors in assigned territories.
* Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
* Take orders and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.
* Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Promote Healthymines Masala products through in-store activities.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
* Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
* Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
* Experience in FMCG sales preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
* Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
