We are hiring FMCG Sales Officers for our Gujarat region. The candidate must have experience in FMCG sales, strong communication skills, and excellent coordination with distributors and retailers. The role involves managing rural markets, local retailers, and large-format stores to achieve sales targets.
Handle sales & distribution for assigned territories
Build strong relations with distributors, retailers & wholesalers
Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets
Expand product reach in rural and local markets
Manage stock, billing & collections with distributors
Improve visibility & merchandising at retail outlets
Conduct market visits and track competitor activities
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
1–3 years of FMCG sales experience
Good communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of rural & urban Gujarat markets
Ability to manage distributors & retailers effectively
Willing to travel for field sales
