Join our team as a Field Sales Executive on a trial basis, where your earnings will be directly linked to your sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company and build your career in sales.
Key Details:
Trial Period: 2 months (60 days)
Compensation during Trial: No fixed salary; payout based solely on sales generated.
Payment Frequency: Payout every 31 days during the trial period.
Post-Trial Compensation: After successful completion of the trial with proven sales results, a fixed monthly salary plus incentives will be offered.
Work Type: Contractual role with flexibility to work part-time or full-time during the trial.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers and retail outlets for our food, spice, and trading products.
Demonstrate and sell products effectively to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Requirements:
Experience in field sales or similar roles preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
