Field Verification Executive
Job Responsibilities
Visit customer, residential, commercial, industrial and office addresses assigned by the company.
Conduct rental, residence, office and business verification as per company guidelines.
Verify property details, occupancy, tenancy, business activity and other required information.
Interact professionally with customers, property owners, neighbours and tenants to collect necessary information.
Capture clear photographs and GPS location during site visits as instructed.
Prepare accurate and factual verification reports without any false or misleading information.
Upload reports, photographs and supporting documents within the prescribed timeline.
Coordinate with the reporting manager for any clarification or additional verification.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Follow company SOPs, client requirements and compliance guidelines at all times.
Ensure timely completion of assigned cases and maintain daily productivity.
Immediately report any issue, dispute or non-cooperation encountered during verification.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)
Basic knowledge of Android mobile applications
Ability to travel for field visits
Good observation and reporting skills
Honest, punctual and responsible attitude
Working Hours
As per company policy.

Operations Manager / Team Leader

Do not demand or accept any money, gifts or favours from customers.
Do not share confidential company or customer information with any third party.
Follow all company rules and client instructions strictly.
Misreporting, fake visits or submission of incorrect information will attract disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
