Job Role

TACT India ko Brand Protection & Field Investigation Executives ki zaroorat hai. Is role mein aapko market mein field investigations karni hongi aur duplicate (fake/counterfeit) products banane ya bechne wale logon ki information collect karni hogi.

Ye role FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive Parts, Lubricants, Books & Publications, Textile, Computer Hardware/Software aur anya branded products se related investigations ke liye hai.

Key Responsibilities

• Market mein survey aur investigation karna.

• Fake products banane ya supply karne wale manufacturers, importers, stockists, wholesalers, traders aur suppliers ko identify karna.

• Supply chain ki complete information collect karna.

• Investigation reports aur evidence prepare karna.

• Police aur Government Enforcement Agencies ke saath coordination karna.

• Search & Seizure (Raid) operations mein support karna.

• Documentation aur post-raid follow-up activities handle karna.

• Zarurat padne par court aur legal proceedings mein support dena.

Important Points

• Ye field job hai, office desk job nahi.

• Regular travel city aur interstate level par karna hoga.

• Kabhi-kabhi weekends aur odd hours mein bhi kaam karna pad sakta hai.

• Work profile challenging hai aur high integrity aur commitment demand karti hai.

• Jo candidates sirf office/indoor role chahte hain, wo apply na karein.

Eligibility

• Graduate candidates apply kar sakte hain.

• Criminology background wale candidates preferred.

• NCC "C" Certificate holders preferred.

• LLB graduates with litigation/court experience can also apply.

• Team handle karne ki ability aur independently kaam karne ki capability honi chahiye.

• Honest, trustworthy aur committed candidates required.

Requirements

• Own 2-wheeler mandatory (especially for junior & mid-level roles).

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Previous employment, education aur address verification mandatory hoga.
