The Field Sales Executive – Verification is responsible for conducting field visits to verify customer information, documents, and addresses as per company or client requirements. The role involves collecting accurate data, interacting with customers, and submitting timely verification reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits for customer verification such as address verification, employment verification, and document verification.
Collect and verify documents from customers as per the verification checklist.
Interact with customers, neighbors, or employers to confirm the authenticity of the information provided.
Capture photographs, GPS location, and supporting evidence during verification visits.
Prepare and submit verification reports through the company system or mobile application.
Ensure accuracy and authenticity of the information collected during field verification.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Follow the assigned daily visit schedule and TAT (Turnaround Time).
Coordinate with the team leader or operations team for case updates or clarifications.
Report any suspicious or fraudulent cases immediately to the management.
